The owner of Morgan Ramey Homes, Ann Adley, has teamed up with Hamilton Building Services to provide premium panelization built homes to Massachusetts customers. The construction company has been in operation for 20 years, but has recently teamed up with Hamilton Building Services for their pre-construction material supply.

Hamilton Building Services is one of the premier panelization suppliers in the United States,” Adley says, “We’ve been thrilled with their professionalism and the quality of the materials that they provide to us. Panelization is the future of home building in America – we are glad to continue our commitment to the process with such a trusted partner.”

Hamilton Building Services is located in Cortland, New York. The firm has been operating since 2012 and currently distributes to building partners across 9 states within the North East. The firm have specialty staff that specialize in both building and engineering. They manufacture various structures for home building via a process called panelization. Panelization uses precision technology to manufacture the majority of parts that are needed to construct a home. After the primary manufacturing takes place, the materials are transported to the building site and sealed together by the construction company.

“Hamilton’s proximity to Massachusetts has meant that we are able to get our home’s internal structures delivered at short notice,” Adley says, “Our partnership has greatly increased our turnaround times, which has translated to higher customer satisfaction rates. Hamilton Building Services President, Eric, has been great at understanding our clients’ needs from the outset.”

Hamilton Building Services claim their business is firmly committed to providing eco-friendly material supply. By manufacturing the majority of a house inside a factory, there is much less waste than when things are constructed on site. A team of engineers at the firm ensure that the house’s plans are input into precision machinery that create exact measurements for the various parts of the house. On site delays and mistakes have been almost entirely eliminated.

“Our new partnership ensures that our current and potential clients receive the highest quality building materials for their new homes,” Adley says, “Our expertise in building ensures that our homes are constructed perfectly, but it is just as important to have a building supplier with a reputation for quality and reliability – their success is directly linked to ours.”
