In the Midwest, summer is always brimming with music events and festivals. The Twin Cities in particular always experience a huge uptick in entertainment options, as local music event production companies shift things into high gear to ensure they have even more shows scheduled than usual. Over the weekend, Sound In Motion kicked off a thrilling summer of EDM in Minneapolis with a packed Tchami show at the Skyway Theatre.
The Tchami show was an excellent way for the booming Twin Cities EDM scene to celebrate summer’s arrival and the final end of a harsh winter. The show brought a packed house to the popular downtown Minneapolis music venue, but everyone had room to dance and the atmosphere was nothing short of electric. All of the pre-performers put on superb sets and once Tchami took over the turntables, the crowd of future house music lovers went wild.
From the vibrant light display to the exquisite sound and bass quality, everything about Tchami’s set captivated the attendees. He put on an invigorating set that had the crowd jumping and dancing until the very end. The show helped further prove why the Paris-born DJ is dominating the future house music arena. It also helped the horde of Twin Cities EDM enthusiasts get pumped up for a whole summer of exciting shows to look forward to.
In addition to their superior event orchestration, Sound in Motion always does an outstanding job in promoting their shows via social media to ensure high ticket sales. They have many more shows planned for summer and beyond, which would be fruitful marketing opportunities for EDM lifestyle companies. Some to consider are Knife Party at Skyway Theatre on July 14th, Deadbeats Tour (Zeds Dead and more) at The Armory on August 3rd, deadmau5 at The Armory on August 17th, and Chris Lake at REV on October 6th.
