Kimberle’s Inspiration to Start Her Own Business
According to Kimberle, the 9-5 corporate culture that she was working in before was draining her physically and mentally. She realized that being stuck in a full-time job that took hours each way commuting daily, working 12 hours a day just to come home to cook, clean, sleep and miss all of her kids’ after-school activities and games was not where she wanted to be. So, one day, the mother of four decided to pick up a pair of tweezers and pursue her curiosity in the beauty world by building the business of her dreams. Amazingly, 8 years later today, she now educates entrepreneurs on how to do the same and create a life they love.

Advantages of Working from Home for Kimberle
Kimberle started off doing lash services at an eyebrow bar for about 2 months, but that ended up not working out for several reasons. Since she wasn’t ready yet to have her very own location, she decided to work from home. She set up an area in her home that was specifically for work and would set appointments from home during the hours her kids were in school. It ended up working out so nicely that she stayed working from home for the next year and a half. “I love the comfort of home and always having access to the kitchen, the couch in-between clients and the fact that I didn’t have a commute at all,” exclaims Kimberle. Although Kimberle no longer takes clients at home, she still does all her office/computer work from her home office.
