Intelenet® Global Services Launches a New Facility in Manila to Reflect US Interest in the Philippines’ Offshoring Services

With 77 per cent of the Philippines’ BPO voice-work being for US-based companies, the ties between the two nations continue to grow. [1] By 2016, the BPO industry in Manila is projected to have a 17 percent increase in annual growth. [2] Increasing demand for better voice-based customer service in verticals such as, telecoms, travel and healthcare has seen more US companies offshoring their services to the Philippines.
