I’m posting here to make sure no one is as dumb as I was to get schammed. So it all seems credible. They interact with you, they give reasonable responses and I all seems legit. The first hit is you try to login, there is no login, and if you get in touch they reply: “Growthoid no longer offers a login dashboard because there’s a lot of customers who don’t use it correctly.”. Awkward. When I received this response, I requested immediately the cancellation of my account and a Guy, named Jarrod sent: “I can confirm that your account is canceled. All the best with your Instagram growth :)”
However, on the 2nd of the 3 day trial, they billed my credit card with the full amount, and their response to my complain was: “Can you send us a screenshot of the charge that was taken from your card?”
I sent in a few hours, and Jarrod response was: “Your funds are automatically authorized at the time of purchase but are not captured until 72 hours have passed. That being said, what you are seeing is a pending authorization hold on your bank statement. No money was taken yet because it’s still pending payment status.”. Which is a complete lie. They took the money and took it again for the second month. And I can’t cancell the account, because there is not an account, and in the other side there is a pro con man.
Be advised, work your content and advertise it for a healthy growth. And if you have a legit growth tool, please share. Just don’t be stupid as I was.

This review is FAKE and Growthoid is a SCAM. After paying for a plan that supposed to have a free day trial they instantly charged my card and I’m trying to cancel my subscription with no response! I gonna cancel my credit card and block this company with the help of my bank. I gonna file legal report for this blogs and this company on cybercrime agencies so they can stop SCAMMING people!!! Wish I had read the comments before paying $99 for this scam service. You and the company should be sued for scamming people. I intend to report both.
I agree with the two posts below, this is clearly fake. I’ve been trying to contact support for 6 months and I haven’t received a response. I almost had both of my Instagram accounts deleted – they were flagged and I couldn’t log on for days. This was extremely scary for me, as this happened to my business accounts. They continue to charge two of my cards, one for $99 a month and one for $49 a month. They promised me that they would cancel my account and provide me a refund (6 months ago) and I just received a response last month. They said the refund should hit my card within 7-10 business days. It’s been 4 weeks and I haven’t received a refund, and they completely ghosted me again. I tried to file a claim with my CC company and the only thing they could offer was a new card. This is our small business card, and changing it would require hours of work. If we had to do the latter, we would have to call and coordinate with all 350 of our vendors on automatic payment. Growthoid is a complete scam and it’s 100% disgusting what they’re doing to small businesses.
