Beauty gifts also had a major presence at the lounge, especially skincare essentials. Stars loved In The Weeds Natural Skin Care (makers of the award-winning Dollface face scrub), as well as Elyptol‘s hygiene products that effectively kill germs harmful to your health. Celebrities also raved about Balm Skincare‘s natural herbal essentials made with organic, real ingredients. No gifting suite is complete without awe-inspiring haircare, and, boy, did the Celebrity Connected lounge deliver! Stars received Vision Haircare‘s superior haircare must-haves and premium hair extensions by Top Knot Extensions. Other droolworthy beauty picks were My Real Earth‘s natural skincare line made for the mind, body, and spirit, as well as dome Beauty‘s gorgeous makeup. The lounge also featured The Real Man Company‘s superior beard oil and Kalayaan‘s quality handcrafted vegan body soaps shaped like gemstones.
Tasty eats also stole the spotlight at the Celebrity Connected 2017 Luxury Gifting Suite Honoring The Academy Awards®. Guests swarmed the booths for Ricos Products Co. nachos, Sorelle and Co.‘s vegan and gluten free baked goods, and Souley Vegan‘s truly delicious, cruelty-free soul food. The stars also adored the handmade chocolate truffles by Twizzles Tasty Treats and the Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Cookies by Collettey’s Cookies, made by an incredibly talented young woman with Down Syndrome.
Other top food gifts were Ohana Cupcakes‘s succulent treats, mouthwatering cakes from Something Sweet by Maddie Lu, and Nu-Health fruit snacks and juice. For those looking to add a burst of flavor to their meals, Burn Hot Sauce provided their tasty hot sauces and Gourmet Inspirations pampered guests with their flavorful 5-star sauces. The A-list attendees also enjoyed sampling gourmet vegan eats from Vegan Noms. The Great Gorp Project also provided their clean energy bar, made with veggie protein.
With recreational cannabis finally legalized in California, the lounge also had a fun selection of gifts for the 4/20-friendly guests. Stars loved Hemp Kitchen‘s subscription box for weed lovers, as well as Cannabidiol-infused skincare essentials from Pure Kind Botanicals. Other must-haves included scrumptious treats infused with medicinal cannabis from Bliss Edibles & Extracts.
The lounge also featured a nice selection of delicious drinks, such as delectable root beer from ROUTE 66 Sodas and wondrous bottled matcha lattes from Matcha Konomi. Kung Fu Tea also gave guests the chance to sample their fruity tea drinks, which were a huge hit. Stars were also able to sample provincial vodka from Radouga Distilleries and select wines from Vital Wines and March Cellars (which uses proceeds to help create better healthcare for vineyard and winery workers). All of the attendees also raved about the liquid-activated, lighted drink diffuser from Glo Drinks/Vibe LLC.
Top charities also had a major presence at the lounge, such as Barbells for Boobs. This organization works to change the availability and access for direct services so that breast cancer can be found in the earliest stage possible. For this initiative, Barbells for Boobs partnered with Joe Cans Coffee (which donates $1 from each can to breast cancer detection services).
Also in attendance was Express Workforce Foundation, which is dedicated to having Regional Center Clients volunteer to help the needy overcome challenges, while developing meaningful relationships with them.
Guests also enjoyed learning about the Hello Gorgeous! nonprofit that provides complimentary, professional makeovers and cosmetic education to women battling all cancers. Star guests also got to chat with Feed a Billion, whose goal is to raise awareness of the hunger issue in our world.
Celebrities also received sport supplements from MHP, adorable wooden toys for tots from Kukkia, and tiny, magical toy doors from The Fairy Door Store. The lounge also pampered the stars’ pets by gifting them with Bella-Maree Natural Dog Products. In addition, stars received Tic Tock Track‘s innovative GPS tracking watch and the Watch Ya’ Mouth game from Skyler Innovations.
Letter Craft also pampered guests with their wooden pins that feature today’s top A-listers. Everyone also enjoyed learning about UNSTICK cookware by DAUGHKUN, Ameri Clinical breast enhancement,and NV Holders fashion elastic layers that keep shirts in place. 13-ONE also told stars about their space technology jacket (perfect for fans of running) and big names also loved the headphones from Productech Treblab. Also in attendance was WantToB.com, which helps people find their purpose in life.
At the lounge, guests also networked with System 02:19, a virtual community of real and active people living in metropolitan areas around the world. It is the first environmental, socially oriented virtual system having a real effect. DenizernBKLYN also provided their stylish fashions and accessories that are made in Brooklyn, NY. Finally, stars were able to learn about Global Imagination‘s Magic Planet: a digital display with a sphere-shaped screen! It is used in classrooms, research labs, museums & trade show booths worldwide.
