Create Momentum in Your Network Marketing Downline

The concept is a simple one. You offer to partner with your new associate to create in partnership with them an organization of a solid team containing ten associates in their first 30 days in the business. You then duplicate this plan to produce 4 solid leader teams with each one having at least ten associates in each one — over the next 4 months. Or if your company offers a binary compensation plan, you can use this approach to drive BOTH teams deep fast!In building a successful network marketing business, massive action generates massive results. And there is no better time to get your new associates off to a good start in developing habits that will support their success than their first 30 days in the business. Try this Fast Track to Success approach with your next enthusiastic new associate, and watch his or her business (and yours) take off like a rocket as a result.

Secrets to the Fast Track to Success

1) Everyone enrolls as an independent associate and commits to a monthly automatic order (usually about 100 BV points) for a minimum of 6 months to give the program enough time to work.

2) You, as the new associate’s sponsor commits to doing the first ten presentations with him or her over the next 7 days or less. The new associate agrees NOT to do these presentations alone until he or she has done the first ten with you.

3) The new associate agrees to put you in front of ten people (either in person or by telephone) with whom he or she has credibility and to whom he or she wishes to contribute the gift of success.

4) You do a 3-way presentation for the new associate’s first prospect. You explain that you have committed to supporting your new associate. Briefly cover what network marketing is. Explain the concept of geometric progression as the doubling effect (take a penny on day 1 and double it every day for 30 days, and you’ll end up with an impressive sum). Explain a little about your company and its product lines. Explain that your commitment is to have ten people enrolled within your associate’s organization within the first 30 days. You are now both offering to support the prospect in being at the top of an organization of ten people in thirty days and continuing onward thereafter.

5) You continue to drive the leg deep by working the names list of the newest person that enrolls. So, if you and your front line associate (A) enroll person (B), you all then devote your energies to supporting person (B) to have ten new associates in their first 30 days. As you enroll associate (C) under (B), you now turn to working with (C)’s names list…and so forth.

6) After you have done ten 3-way presentations, it’s time for associate (A) to start doing 3-ways with their new people.

7) This training duplicates downline, creating an ever expanding group of associates that become leaders of their own organizations, empowering others to develop leaders as well.

8) You work with your first front line associate to have at least a downline of ten people. Each new emerging leader does the same with his or her group.

9) As long as you are put in front of new people by your downline people, you work their names list with them in partnership. If you have additional time to work your business beyond doing 3-ways with your new associates, then you work your own names list in order to build either width or depth, depending on the requirements of your pay plan.

10) Your goal is to have at least ten new associates in one leg within 30 days, all of which are on auto-ship.

11) In month #2 and in subsequent months, you start the process over again, ideally creating 6 leaders in 6 months with each leader’s organization containing at least ten associates on auto-ship.

Keys To The Plan’s Success

1) Work with people who trust you — people you have credibility with. Do not rule out or prejudge anyone.

2) Set up your first ten appointments as soon as possible to create all important momentum. Aim for ten appointments in 2 to 7 days. Success LOVES speed!

3) Sign them up (and their prospects) on the spot if possible with a 3-way call to your company or by submitting their information online.

4) Work with your new people by scheduling a weekly bridge teleconference call.

By creating massive action, momentum and enthusiasm will result in on-fire leaders stepping forward and launching your network marketing organization toward success.
