After years of motivating women through books, audio programs and annual conferences, Stacia Pierce launched her coaching business to meet the demands of her growing audience.
As a serial entrepreneur, Stacia has always provided products and services to help women look and feel their best. At 19, she wrote her first book Beauty: The Inside Story, which helped her launch a speaking career. By 22, she owned and ran a full service beauty salon, created a makeup line, and ran a clothing store. She credits all of her fashion and beauty experience as the foundation to build her current company as a success and business coach.
Almost twenty years ago, Stacia launched the Women’s Success Conference, an annual conference to empower women to be their very best. The three-day event provided corporate and personal training to improve every aspect of a woman’s professional and personal life. As a result, many attendees began launching their own businesses and started requesting private coaching from Stacia on building a successful company. Thus, Ultimate Lifestyle Enterprises was born to provide private coaching for business owners.
Over the years, Stacia has kept true to her mission of providing whole-life coaching. She continues to create life-enhancing products that help women to achieve personal and business success. Stacia loves having a home-based business because it allows her to create a life around the things that she is most passionate about, including her family. She is able to work closely with her daughter Ariana, who is also a business coach to young entrepreneurs. In three years, Stacia sees herself developing high-tech tools and office décor accessories for entrepreneurs as well as expanding interests into creating movies for business owners.
