Constructing the First Fully-Integrated, Master Planned Luxury Resort

The development will also offer a unique combination of elite dining, recreational, leisure, entertainment, banquet hall, and wellness, along with plush organic gardens throughout the resort. Guests and Members will also have access to dry lease Almost Paradise Resort’s luxurious yacht and private jet, which is serviced by a 5,000-foot runway at New Bright Airport located just 30 minutes away.

Constructing an Eco-Friendly Resort
With respect to environmental protection, Almost Paradise Resort is designed to protect and preserve the natural environment. For example, an eco-friendly organic farm and solar farm.
“It is recognized that tourism developments market the environment and that their success is intimately linked to the health of the natural environment,” commented a spokesperson from the Sahota family. “For this reason, Almost Paradise Resort has been designed as a unique, sustainable and environmentally friendly development. On completion of all planned facilities, the estate will remain a low density green development. Furthermore, preservation of trees on the estate is a top priority, and adequate water supply and operation of all facilities will be installed.”
Pending necessary approvals, the resort’s infrastructure in the first phase of development will include:
- The SE Villa group, approx. 10 units of mixed 1-4 Bedroom sizes. These could also be two story in some cases, final layouts to be agreed.
- The Welcome Center which houses the Reception, the Admin Offices, the Restaurant and Kitchen.
- The Event Garden for hosting weddings, celebrations, trade conference hospitality areas etc.
- The bridge out to the Beach Tower Bar and Grill.
- First section of the modular/expandable Solar Farm (panels, controllers and batteries).
- First section of the modular/expandable Water Treatment plant and Back of House – Food.
- Storage/Generator/Fuel Storage buildings and services.
- 3 access Boardwalks and Stairs in the form of environmentally sensitive Dune crossings from 1st Phase Villas, Beach Tower and Private Residence.
In addition, members will be able to log-in and check available nights for Almost Paradise Resort’s rooms, villas, yacht and jet using an online computer reservation system (CRS). They will also be able to place reservations up to one year in advance.
