Brands definitely did an exceptional job of tying themselves to the prestige of Sundance Film Festival this year. One company that truly shined was JetSmarter, the members-only mobile marketplace for shared and private charter flights. Over the first weekend, they hosted their JetSmarter Music in Film Summit at Park City Live, which provided the perfect space for stars like Elijah Wood and Nicolas Cage to discuss film projects.
Presented by Juul, the premium vaporizer that is helping to eliminate cigarettes, the JetSmarter Music in Film Summit treated the VIP guests to insightful panels. Produced by Mirrored Media, the event brought hip-hop legends like Rakim, will.i.am, Taboo and apl.de.ap together for a thought-provoking chat. In another panel, actress Meagan Good and actor Jay Ellis discussed their film A Boy. A Girl. A Dream. Love on Election Night.
Guests also got to catch a heartfelt discussion about Believer, the documentary examining relationship between religion and the LGBT community featuring Dan Reynolds of Imagine Dragons and more. After watching this panel, attendees were seen raving over Enso‘s chic silicone rings and Nomatic‘s carry-on bags and minimalist wallets that simplify traveling. They also loved the Smashmallow “Smash & Sip” café and Creminelli Fine Meats.
Many branded events took place all over Pack City for Sundance, but the JetSmarter Music in Film Summit definitely stood out due to its insightful panels and gifts for attendees. Everyone loved being able to enjoy the mouthwatering eats while watching some of the top entertainment industry influencers share their ideas with each other on-stage. In all, it was the perfect space for big names and brands to connect and celebrate all things Sundance.
