During Sundance Film Festival 2019, VIP influencers and celebrities had a wonderful time checking out lounges filled with outstanding brands. One such hotspot was the WanderLuxxe Filmmaker Lounge by Essential Costa Rica, which was in its third consecutive year. Taking place on Main Street, the lounge featured fantastic brands and attracted stars like Danielle Brooks, David Arquette, Tichina Arnold, Samira Wiley, and RJ Mitte.
WanderLuxxe, the coveted membership concierge service founded by film industry veterans Marti Hines and Lola Wood, partnered with Essential Costa Rica for this Sundance activation. At the lounge, VIP guests attended morning yoga sessions with lululemon and checked out a panel series with the lounge’s exclusive media partner, TheWrap. Top must-attend events were the “Women in Entertainment” and “Industry Innovation” panels.
Each day, attendees had a blast at their wellness lounge, which featured Sunlighten Infrared Sauna sessions, The Lovely Loba Skincare, STARE Cosmetics, My/Mo mochi ice cream, and outerwear gifts from Spyder. In the afternoon, attendees went to daily Apres Ski events that featured a Costa Rican spiked coffee bar with Kobricks coffee, Peroni beer, Tito’s Vodka cocktails and B12 shots and Driphydration IVs (courtesy of the REME app).
Other fantastic events at the lounge were a special Coffee and Conversation with Tichina Arnold, the film premiere for Clemency (a top Sundance movie), and a #TellBlackStories Podcast Series with Color of Change. In all, the WanderLuxxe Filmmaker Lounge provided a relaxing and interactive atmosphere for film influencers and big name stars to celebrate Sundance. There’s no doubt that the lounge will be a top hotspot at next year’s festival.
