Lately, your bank account has been looking a bit on the sad side. You are barely scraping by with your bills, and—since you are a social person who loves going out with friends—you are bummed that your finances are making you miss out on fun dinners, the movies, and other social events.

If you are ready to add some more money to your account through a side hustle, here’s some great news: there are a number of jobs that are perfect for an outgoing extrovert like you and will help you earn some much-needed cash very quickly.

Get into Direct Sales

Selling products for an established company can be a breeze for a people person. For instance, you could sign up to become an Independent Business Owner with Amway and start earning money through direct sales. You can run your business online and work at your own pace, all while having a ball talking to others about the company and its products. If you have heard rumors that the company is a pyramid scheme and are wondering if Amway is a scam, please rest assured that it’s not. The company does not pay you to recruit others (which is common in scams) but is a legitimate and reputable way to earn money by selling real products to real people.

Consider Ridesharing

Your introverted pals might balk at the idea of giving total strangers rides home from restaurants at 10 p.m. But if this sounds like fun, by all means consider signing up with ridesharing programs like Uber and Lyft. You can choose when you want to work, and you can typically get paid very quickly once you start. For instance, with Lyft you can cash out your earnings on any day of the week; its Express Pay feature lets you get paid right away, as long as you have earned at least $5. You can work for one or both companies, and you could also consider driving for Uber Eats and other delivery services—which is great, because you can still be your social self when dropping off peoples’ food orders at their door.

Be a Product Demonstrator

If you have ever been offered a sample of chips and salsa by a friendly vendor at a grocery store, you have seen product demonstrators in action. In this role, you will set up a small display in a store, cook simple dishes and/or plate up samples of food that is ready to go and offer them to shoppers who are passing by. It’s a great way to use your naturally friendly personality to your advantage; people are likely to respond to your smiling face and try and possibly buy the food. You can start by talking with the manager at your favorite grocery store to see how to go about applying for the position; she can get you in touch with companies that they already use and that may be hiring new people. You could also try applying for part-time work—for instance, in the evenings or over the weekends—at a warehouse store in your town; they often have people doing product demonstrations and you would be paid regularly.

Use Your Friendly Personality to Your Advantage

Being low on cash can be immensely stressful. By taking advantage of your outgoing personality, you should be able to start working at a side hustle that will be fun for you and your people person personality, while giving you the chance to make some much-needed money sooner rather than later.
