Tara Miko Ballentine is the founder and CEO of Bright Littles, a mission-driven company helping families spark meaningful conversations and raise confident, curious young leaders. She’s passionate about proactive parenting, social impact, and giving kids the tools they need to navigate a fast-changing world with kindness and courage. Based in Austin, Tara Miko runs Bright Littles with support from her husband and her 10-year-old daughter, who proudly helps ship orders and share new ideas. When she’s not creating tools for families, Tara Miko can be found practicing yoga, supporting local nonprofits, or cheering on fellow founders who are making a difference.
