Rachel McGalliard

Rachel McGalliard has devoted her education and career to STEM and expanding the pathways of STEM education. In her role as senior vice president of operations and general manager for The Software Guild, Rachel drives strategic initiatives to expand the footprint of immersive training curriculums not only into the student space but also within corporate training settings and through university partnerships. She has led the initiative to create standards within the coding bootcamp space by helping TSG become one of the inaugural members of the Council on Integrity in Results Reporting (CIRR) as well as serving as secretary on the CIRR Board. Rachel joined The Learning House in 2009 as part of the Account Management team. By continuing to serve on the Learning House Leadership Team, she works to expand Software Guild initiatives into the university space to close the gap on the tech talent shortage. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Master of Arts in Psychological and Brain Sciences from the University of Louisville.
