Jim Conroy, CEO of The Neat Company

Jim Conroy has spent his career in a number of industries helping small businesses. First as an accountant and FPA manager for LEAF Financial, a small business equipment financing provider. Then predominantly at The Neat Company where Jim has served in accounting, finance, and operational roles, most recently as its CFO and now CEO. Jim has spent the last 12 years at The Neat Company working to help Neat better serve the needs of the small business community as a backend business management tool and partner for growth.
