After Efrat had a double mastectomy, she realized there was no standard for breast dressings that allowed patients to easily change themselves when returning home, which lead her create EZbra. EZbra is the first ever all-in-one medical device created to address the various needs and challenges of recovery that arise from breast cancer surgeries such as a lumpectomy, mastectomy and reconstruction after cancer. Efrat’s main goal when designing EZbra was for women to feel empowered and be able to recover with pride from their surgeries.
