Dean McPherson

Dean McPherson launched Paperform with his wife Diony in December 2016. At the time, they were thinking of starting a family and wanted it all: a satisfying career while working from home, the ability to see their kids more than a few hours a day, and to afford a place to live in Sydney. Since then, the husband-and-wife team has grown Paperform into a thriving international business. For all his success in tech, Dean does not originally have a background in the industry, instead majoring in Philosophy and Music in college. Before Paperform, Dean spent several years in mobile and full-stack development. He enjoys playing music in his free time.
