Chip Reaves, is the global director of Computer Troubleshooters, an international network of outsourced IT providers that offers onsite computer services to small businesses. Chip Reaves, a native Georgian, began fixing computers for small businesses while studying Computer Science at Georgia Tech. In 1992 he started his own computer services business in Atlanta.
