Cheryl Biron is Founder & Principal of LexaGen Freedom Accelerator where she works with CEOs and their leadership teams to help their companies grow, scale and create a culture of action and accountability. She is also President & CEO of One Horn Transportation. Both businesses are home-based. Cheryl earned her MBA at The Wharton School.
