Sundance Film Festival 2020 is here, and many brands have joined in on the fun by hosting activations in Park City, Utah for A-list talent and tastemakers. One of the first weekend’s most popular activations was the Kia Motors Telluride Supper Suite, which hosted panels with talent, cocktail parties, and an invite-only daily gifting suite that attracted stars like Alec Baldwin, Tim Daly and Sienna Miller. The Supper Suite also hosted The Creative Coalition‘s annual Spotlight Initiative Awards Dinner honoring pioneering film stars.
The Kia Telluride Supper Suite’s daily gifting lounge was the perfect celebrity brand marketing opportunity for participating sponsors. Film talent and influencers were able to check out ic! berlin‘s latest collection of luxury, handmade eyewear featuring German-engineered prescriptions and sun shades. Orange is the New Black star Diane Guerrero, singer Kali Uchis, and actor Chris Coy also had a blast trying on and picking out pairs of mou‘s luxe, premium winter boots and shoes made of high quality natural fibers.
While snacking on delectable cuisine by Marbl Toronto, guests also enjoyed checking out Original Penguin‘s stylish beanies and long-sleeve shirts and Laundry by Shelli Segal‘s chic fashions. William Grant & Sons also served as the official spirits partner and treated attendees to custom craft-cocktails made with Glenfiddich single malt Scotch Whisky as well as their premium spirit brands, The Balvenie Scotch, Hendrick’s Gin, Milagro Tequila, and Reyka Vodka. The gifting suite was a true treat for Sundance VIPs.
The Supper Suite also hosted The Creative Coalition’s Spotlight Initiative Awards Dinner honoring Rachel Brosnahan, Michelle Rodriguez, Julie Taymor, Jim Gaffigan, and Ashley Williams. The Creative Coalition nonprofit, nonpartisan organization is dedicated to educating, mobilizing, and activating its members on issues of public importance. Throughout the weekend, the space also hosted panels and cocktail parties for top Sundance films like Downhill, Black Bear, Possessor, Palm Springs, and The Climb.
Produced by A-List Communications, the Kia Telluride Supper Suite was a fabulous, must-experience activation that brought brands and big name actors/actresses together to celebrate all things Sundance 2020. Attending sponsors were able to get photos of stars with their products, which would later be invaluable for marketing and public relations efforts.
